2013 Presidium Meeting succesively held in Kharkiv / Ukraine between the dates 1 - 4 October 2013. Decisions taket at the Meeting are given below;
We, Ankara, Częstochowa, Kharkiv, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Regensburg, Würzburg cities gathered in Kharkiv, Ukraine on 2 October, 2013, on the occasion of the 2013 General Assembly of the Association of Towns Awarded the Europe Prize agreed upon the following:
The Main Theme of the 2014 General Assembly of the Association of Towns Awarded the Europe Prize is determined as The Role of Local Authorities in Developing Business
The 2014 General Assembly of the Association of Towns Awarded the Europe Prize is going to be held at the beginning of September, 2014.
The Main Theme of the Youth Assembly shall be The Protection of Youth from Organized Crime and Drug Addiction.
The expenses on accommodation and catering of Youth Assembly participants shall be covered by Ankara. International transfers shall be covered by the participant cities.
The multimedia equipment which is going to be used during the meeting of the 2014 General Assembly of the Association of Towns Awarded the Europe Prize will be provided by the host city and also experts shall be invited to join the Meeting.

Association of Towns Awarded the Europe Prize General Assembly & Youth Meeting 2013 succesively held in Würzburg, Germany with the kind hospitality of Georg Rosenthal, Lord Mayor of Würzburg between the dates 2 - 5 May 2013.

We, Ankara, Berlin Nökölln, Bocholt, Czestochowa, Cockermouth, Darmstadt, Gdynia, Hünfeld, Katowice, Kharkiv, Landerneau, Marvejols, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Nürnberg, Regensburg, Speyer, St. Pölten, Würzburg cities and representatives of the Council of Europe gathered in Würzburg, Germany between the dates 2 – 5 May 2013 on the occasion of the 2013 General Assembly and Youth Meeting of The Association of Towns Awarded The Europe Prize” with the predetermined main theme of “Local Authorities and their Role in Fighting Unemployment, with a Special Focus on Youth Unemployment” and agreed upon the followings;
Each participating city will benefit from the recommendations and the experiences of the member cities in job creation and fight against unemployment as well as encourage all actors in the city to get involved in generating employment.
Initiating neccessity vocational and technical training courses while keeping in mind that one of the most sensitive groups in economic recession is youths.
Sharing of successful projects at the web site of the Association which are implemented in member cities on specific themes of the annual meetings as „Employment Issues” this year will be provided.
The Mayor of city of Ankara has been elected unanimously for the Presidency of the Association for the 2013 – 2015 term.
The first paragraph of the article 7 has been changed as „The Chairmanship and Vice Chairmanship of the Association shall be elected by a relative majority of the General Meeting of members, which shall consist of the mayors of their representatives.
Presidium Members are elected as Ankara, Czestochowa, Darmstadt, Katowice, Kharkov Marvejols, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Nancy, Regensburg, St. Pölten, and Würzburg.
The Mayor of City of Chestohowa has been elected unanimously for the vice-presidency of Association for the 2013-2015 term.
Presidium Members are determined as Ankara, Czestochowa, Darmstadt, Katowice, Kharkiv, Marvejols, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Nancy, Regencsburg, St. Pölten and Würzburg.
The next meeting of the Presidium is to be held in the city of Kharkov in Autumn.
Host city of the 2014 General Assembly and the Youth Meeting of the Association is Ankara.
Special Theme of the General Assmbly will be determined at the 2013 Presidium Meeting.

2012 Presidium Meeting of the Association of Towns Awarded the Europe Prize has hosted between 5 - 7 November 2012 by Greater Ankara Municipality. City of Czestochowa, Darmstadt, Kharkov, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Nancy, Regensburg and Würzburg are represented in Mayors, Vice-Mayor or City Councillor level.
